I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease almost 7 years ago. Tried many gluten free breads and gave up. Before diagnosis I was an avid baker and a bit of a bread snob. I've seen Udis in my local Whole Foods but assumed it was the same as all the other frozen cardboard slices. My brother recently bought a loaf of Udis for me on a family weekend get-away. WOW! I almost cried. That weekend I had the first real sandwich I'd had in years. Shame on you though for bringing sinfully good muffins and cinnamon rolls back to my diet.

I was diagnosed with celiacs in 2008 and after trying several of the breads available decided that it would just be better not to eat bread if I had to "settle" for something then about 2 months ago I discovered Udi's pizza crust and was so happy - I used it for pizza, sandwiches, bruschetta and anything else I could think of! But wonders of wonders about 3 weeks ago I discovered the Udi's white bread and I have been in sandwich heaven, after all I had 2 years to make up for! THANK YOU! I was so excited about your bread I devoted a whole blog post (www.celebrateglutenfree.blogsp... ) to the joys of the BLT. THANK YOU!

I was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance about a year and a half ago and have been looking for good products since then. I thought I found a good bread until I discovered your bread and muffins at a local store in my city called UBake. I was pleasantly surprised! These products taste wonderful. It was the best thing ever to have french toast, a sandwich and a muffin that tasted so normal. Thank you very much!

After 21 years of being gluten free I have finally been able to have a sandwich without having to toast the bread and not falling apart! Your bread is awesome! Thank you! Thank you!

i agree with so many others -- my first taste of your bread made me literally want to cry -- instead, i ate 4 pieces in a row just like another blogger - just with butter. The consistency is right, toasts well, good cold and the bagels rival ANY glutinous bagel i've ever had and would beat most. Thank you thank you thank you for helping me feel 'normal' again. I do agree with others -- hamburger/hot dog buns would be awesome. Thanks Udi's! I'm loyal for life.

I started eating gluten free about a year ago after I graduated college. I had tried to on and off prior to that but I had trouble sticking to the diet because of a lack on money/resources in my area with being a college student.

Recently the Whole Foods in my area started carrying your bread, bagels, and cinnamon rolls.

I had missed bread so much, then I tried yours. It's awesome!! The white sandwich bread is great for cinnamon toast and the whole grain bread makes an awesome grilled cheese. These were things that I really missed over the past year!

I've also tried your bagels and cinnamon rolls and I really want to try your pizza crusts and double chocolate muffins. So I scraped some money together and ordered some from your website. I'm so excited for them to get here.

If you could expand your gluten free cafe's/restaurants/products throughout suburban DC I'm sure it would be a huge hit!

You guys are amazing, thanks for all of the hard work. Keep it up!

I'm soooo thankful that I found UDI in the freezer section. I stopped eating gluten, not because I have celiac disease, but because taking gluten out of my diet stopped pre-menopausal systems (no more hot flashes!), and it's a healthier way of eating too. I wrote off never having PB & J sandwich (my fave) or a sandwich of any kind. Then came UDI!!! I know so many people that are gluten free, and I have told everyone! Thank you for all your products...they are wonderful! Oh, and please make hamburger and hot dog buns as soon as possible!

I never had Udi's before but I was at Whole Foods and saw a woman grabbing a loaf of Udi's. I asked her how it was and she looked at me like I was nuts. She said this is "the best gluten free bread". Well, I had to try it after that endorsement. I bought a loaf of white bread and a pack of bagels. And you know what? That woman was right. Your products are fantastic. I told my sister about it and she and her daughter love it as well. She called me this morning to let me know how much she liked it and that she is very happy to have "real" bread again.

I have been on a gluten free diet for 4 years now, I can FINALY make a sandwich for work without it breaking apart! All other stores should just pack it in and call it a day.

I tried your White Sandwich Bread,,,,WOW. I can't tell you how much I needed a good sandwich;Thank you very much. I live in Maine and am telling everyone about this product. I have to go to Portland Maine a 140 mile round trip. I am going to check with a few stores in Winslow Maine to see if they will carry it. In Portland Maine Whole Foods Store has it. I really like your gf bread. I have been unable to try the cinnamon rolls since the store is always out. My only negative comment is the price and size. I would like to see a larger loaf that would feed a family of 3 for more than 2 days of packed lunches. I understand GF is expensive, but I would buy from your on-line store if the shipping was free with orders over $50.00 or so. At the stores locally they run $4.99 to $5.69 per loaf.

I love to bake and would like to open a Udi Bakery in South Texas. Are you thinking of going that way?

It would be great if you made hot dog rolls, hamburger buns, hoagie rolls and dough in a can that could be baked at home. Just a few ideas.

I have really fallen back in love with bread and bagels because of Udi's. I too had given up on ever having a decent sandwich after I was diagnosed with Celiac disease. Thank you so much for your bagels in particular. Any change you'll be making them in different flavors any time soon? I just went back to the store to buy out all the Udi's bread!!! My son has been GF for 12 years, my daughter and I have been GF for 10 years. I have been on a quest for "normal" bread like i remember. We can't stop eating your bread! We've been eating the sandwich bread straight out of the bag....something we have not been able to do EVER with the sad selection of GF bread out there. THANK YOU, thank you, thank you. I bought a loaf of this bread by chance, and was I surprised. It;s been 4 years since I have had a cold sandwich. I could'nt believe the texture and taste. I ate 2 pieces with butter imediately. I am in LOVE. It's the best I have eaten. Its like french bread with spaghette. The crust is perfect and the center is YUMMMMMMM. I'm so glad I found it.

I have to tell you that I have never tasted better gluten free bread,bagel's muffins pizza then what you makes. Fore someone with Celiac disease it is like dieing and going to heaven. THANK YOU UDI'S!!! I just discovered your gf whole grain bread. I was so excited to take it home and try it. Delicious. Unbelievably soft and....just like what I think bread should taste like. It has been so long since I had a sandwich, I forgot what I like to make....after 5 minutes I had a whole list of sandwiches to create with your fantastic bread. I have tried so many gf breads, but this is hands down the best. Thank you for your creations!

We just tasted Udi's gluten free bread it is the best bread we have tasted! We have been gluten free since November 09 and have tried dozen's of items that taste nothing like bread. Kudos for providing a product to the gluten free community that is delicious!

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! I haven't had a sandwich without toasting the bread in almost 4 years. And I just finished my first loaf with a WONDERFUL PB&J. Udi's you are amazing!
